The Challenge: A Dual Crisis

Africa faces two interconnected crises that threaten both its people and its wildlife:

 rhino (1) Wildlife Under Threat

Rising poaching incidents and illegal wildlife trade cost Africa over $1.3 billion annually. Game reserves lack the technical capacity to monitor vast landscapes effectively.

 women Women Left Behind

In South Africa, over one-third of women aged 15-34 are unemployed. Female representation in aviation, drone technology, and conservation sciences remains critically low.

WEW in Wildlife bridges both gaps—empowering women while protecting Africa’s irreplaceable biodiversity.
